Presented at the discussion were findings from the research conducted by Naila Mafayiziya Hayat and Muhammad Febiandri Satya Ananda, shedding light on a deeper understanding of organizational communication and dakwah rhetoric. Both studies examined the dynamics of organizational communication at the Language and Qur'anic Sciences Institute (LBIQ) in DKI Jakarta, as well as the dakwah rhetoric of preachers on television and in Islamic boarding school institutions.

In a study led by Naila Mafayiziya Hayat, the research highlights the role of organizational communication within the Language and Qur'anic Sciences Institute (LBIQ) in DKI Jakarta, particularly in the development of the Quranic knowledge program. Using a qualitative method based on constructivist paradigm, this research involves various stakeholders, from the management body to participants of the Quranic program. Meanwhile, the study led by Muhammad Febiandri Satya Ananda presents a comparison of dakwah rhetoric used by two dai figures, both on television and in Islamic boarding school institutions. Through a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm, this research explores the differences in dakwah rhetoric employed by Ustadz Dr. H. Rusli Hasbi, Lc, MA, and KH. Abdul Rasyid Abdullah Syafi’ie.

The results of these two studies provide a broader understanding of organizational communication and dakwah rhetoric in different contexts. It is hoped that these findings can make a meaningful contribution to the development of knowledge and better understanding of the significant roles of organizational communication and dakwah rhetoric in society.
