Islamic Financial Institution Seminar "Implementation of Islamic Digital Transaction Management in the Perspective of Contemporary Fiqh Muamalah"
The 2024 Da'wah Management Masters Study Program in collaboration with PAMDI (Indonesian Da'wah Management Experts Association) held a Sharia Financial Institution Seminar with the theme "Implementation of Sharia Digital Transaction Management in the Perspective of Contemporary Fiqh Muamalah".
This seminar was held in the Prof. Dr. H. R. Husnul Aqib Suminto Theater Room, 2nd Floor, FDIKOM UIN Jakarta and was also held online via Zoom and live streaming on FDIKOM UIN Jakarta's YouTube.
This seminar was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, UIN Jakarta, Dr. Gun Gun Heryanto, M.Sc. In his remarks, he said that the era of disruption demands that we adapt to many changes, one of which is digitalization in many fields, especially in the context of transactions"
In addition to the Dean, the Head of the Da'wah Management Masters Study Program, UIN Jakarta and also the General Chairperson of PAMDI, Dr. H. Cecep Castrawijaya, M.A., M.M. also attended and gave his speech. He said "In today's era, of course digital dilegent is concrete evidence that we, both as customers or users, cannot avoid technological developments including digital transactions"
This seminar was filled by 4 speakers divided into 3 sessions. The first session was filled by Dr. Moch. Bukhori Muslim, Lc., M.A. as the Head of the National Sharia Industry, Business, and Economics Division - Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN MUI) and moderated by a Master of Dakwah Management Student, Baharudin Ardani, S.Sos. He presented material on "DSN MUI Fatwa and the Role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in Digital Sharia Transactions."
The second session was delivered by Muqoddas Al Aslami as Sharia Bankers as Chief of BSI Muda and moderated by a Master of Dakwah Management Student, Rizki Lala Amelia, S.Sos. He presented material on "Implementation and Innovation of Sharia Contracts in BSI Digital Services."
The third or final session was filled by 2 speakers at once, namely Dr. Muhamad Zen, S.Ag., M.A. as a lecturer in the Master of Da'wah Management Study Program and M. Gustar Umam, Lc., S.Hum as a Master of Da'wah Management Student and Deputy Director of Community Teaching for Ma'had Aly Da'i Cadre Development - Cinta Quran Center and moderated by Nurul Fadilah, S.Sos. The two speakers presented "Sharia Compliance and Digital Transaction Ethics and Da'wah Strategy in Sharia Digital Transaction Education Efforts."
With the holding of this seminar, the audience is expected to gain broad insight regarding sharia digital transaction management and be able to play a role and become an important part in managing sharia digital transactions in Indonesia and even worldwide.
