The Da'wah Management Study Program and the Faculty of Da'wah Communication Science, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a return visit to Tokyo, Japan on Monday, November 11, 2024. This activity was carried out because the Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF) had previously visited on July 29, 2023. In the past two years, students from the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Science, especially alumni of the Da'wah Management study program, namely Syifani Wiriannisa and Neng Siti Sofiah, have received a short course from the Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF). SPF is an international non-profit institution that aims to strengthen cooperation between Japan and Indonesia, as well as other countries in the ASEAN region.

Having the opportunity to attend, Amirudin, M.Si (Head of the Da'wah Management Study Program), Dr. Wahyu Prasetyawan, M.Si (lecturer of the Da'wah Management Study Program), Dr. Fita Fatkhurrohmah, M.Si (Vice Dean for Academic Affairs), Dr. Rubiyanah, MA (Vice Dean for General Administration) and Dr. Muhtadi, M.Si (Vice Dean for Cooperation, Students and Alumni). This meeting was received by Itsu Adachi Executive Director SPF, Nobuyuki Konishi (Director of Strategic Dialogue and Exchange Program and Sachiyo Ito Program Officer Asia and Middle East Program SPF). Amirudin said that this meeting is expected to not only be a short course but also have other activities that can be collaborated together, such as research, community service and others.
