The Student Council (DEMA) of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences (FDIKOM) organized the Ramadhan Da'wah Festival (FARADA) on March 26, 2023. The event spanned two days and took place at the Da'wah Park of FDIKOM UIN Jakarta. The opening ceremony was led by MCs Affifah Qurotu Aini and Fahmi Khoizuhron, followed by the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an by Bhustan Jidan, and the singing of Indonesia Raya and Hymne Dakwah, conducted by Adinda Wasilah.

In his welcoming remarks, the Dean of FDIKOM, Gun Gun Heryanto, expressed positive sentiments about the event. "Realize goodness, weave brotherhood, and attain blessings in the holy month of Ramadhan," said Gun Gun.

He also included his hopes and messages, encouraging that this event serves as a competition in doing good and respecting each other. "Respect diversity on campus and do not be discriminatory," he emphasized, highlighting the importance of respecting diversity.

As part of the event, several competitions were held, which were participated in by both students and the general public. The Islamic Broadcasting Communication (KPI) study program team B won the quiz competition, and Ahmad Fadilah from the Da'wah Management study program won the preaching competition.

The event concluded with a charity event for orphans in collaboration with IDC Korwil UIN Jakarta, and was supported by Bamuis BNI and UPZ Bamuis BNI.
