Closure of KESSOS Study Program Practicum, FDIKOM Signs MOA with Teman Baik Foundation
The Faculty of Dakwah and Communication Sciences (FDIKOM), together with the Social Welfare Study Program (KESSOS), has established a collaboration with the Teman Baik Foundation. Gun Gun Heryanto, the Dean of FDIKOM, personally signed the Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) with the Teman Baik Foundation on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
During the MOA signing ceremony, the Dean of FDIKOM appreciated the presence of practicum students from the KESSOS Study Program and the Teman Baik Foundation, as well as the collaboration itself.
"The presence of friends" certainly holds significant meaning, especially for channeling communication into a more institutionalized form. If previously it was more individual-based from the practicum participants, now it can be realized through a single MOA, so that the synergy of collaboration can gradually be sustained," said Gun Gun Heryanto, the Dean of FDIKOM.
Ari Widodo, the Country Program Director of the Teman Baik Foundation, also expressed his pleasure with the presence of practicum students from the KESSOS Study Program. He also hoped for the best from this collaboration.
"I am very pleased with the presence of the practicum students, and also with the collaboration that we have agreed upon in a single MOA document," said Ari Widodo.
This collaboration is also an effort to transform into a better social scope for both students and lecturers of the KESSOS Study Program. With the hope of it becoming a sustainable process to be formalized for others. Establishing collaboration with relevant partners such as the Teman Baik Foundation is also a decision made by the Head of the Study Program (Kaprodi) and has been carefully considered.
"Finding partners with the same values, vision, and mission within the context that is certainly relevant to the basis of each study program. That is what then naturally brings about consideration and careful thought from each of the respective study program heads," said Gun Gun Heryanto in his speech.
